So, I'm not stressed out anymore. Actually, I feel pretty darn good. Semester is almost over and that makes me happy.

So Joel left Monday morning for the Middle East. I can't wait to hear the stories that he'll tell when he gets back in November. Hopefully he'll get to see first hand how the Lord is working in places that seem impossible to reach. I will tell you that I miss him so much right now. I got to see him for three days this past week which is the most I've seen him in about a month...month and a half maybe. Sometimes I don't know that I can handle the space. Sometimes I feel like number two (well, a lot of the time I feel like number two). I know he probably doesn't look at it like that, but my point of view will of course be different from his. I promise I'm not trying to bum anybody out and so I'll talk about something happy. Rachel's wedding was so beautiful and she was so beautiful. Kendal, Abby, and Jill looked gorgeous as well! Imogen Heap will be playing in Austin, TX on November 25th. I really want to go. I'll need to make some calls and make sure I have a place to stay though. November 4th Shiny Toy Guns will be playing here in Memphis. November 14th HelloGoodbye will be playing in Little Rock. A month of awesome shows is coming up and I'm excited.

Today Lauren and I went to Best Buy to kill some time. I bought the new Hello Goodbye cd and it's really good. I also bought the last cd that Murder By Death put out. I really wanted to buy Mute Math though, but it was all sold out. So, Tuesday October 10th downtown at the Rev Room, Mute Math will be playing. Anyone want to join me? Should be tons of fun.
